The Army Gold flag has been added to our military line. It was dedicated at Independence Hall in Philadelphia by Vice President Nixon on June 14, 1956. It marked the 181st anniversary of the establishment of the U.S. Army by the Continental Congress in 1775. It does not replace current U.S. Army Flag which is the Department of Army Emblem. The flags are acid dyed on 200 Denier nylon and finished with heading and grommets on the hoist.
